Meet Luke
Luke is a Senior Sales Executive for Montgomery Homes, specialising in Knock Down Rebuilds across Newcastle, the Central Coast and Sydney. As a self-confessed architecture nerd, Luke is passionate about Mid-Century Design. Problem solving in the form of building on tricky sites is Luke’s favourite part of the job, and he receives a great deal of satisfaction from seeing a home come to life after collaborating with clients.
What is your favourite home design and why?
My favourite home design is the Coolum 266 — despite being crafted for a narrow block, it is beautifully proportioned and doesn’t feel like a compromise.
What are some important considerations for someone thinking about a new home build?
My advice is always “the block dictates the house”. Whether it be gradient, views, widths, breezes…. considering how your home will sit lightly on your block and within your suburb is paramount to a successful build. We have 300+ home designs (which can be overwhelming!) — but your Sales Executive will know each one inside out, so don’t be afraid to ask for advice.
What is your favourite display home and why?
I love the Avoca 206 at HomeWorld Leppington. The styling is perfect, and there are nods to Mid-Century Modernism throughout. It feels like home whenever I walk through that beautiful green front door.

Meet Andrew
Andrew is a Montgomery Homes Senior Sales Executive, based predominately at our HomeWorld Central Coast display homes. With over 6 years of experience helping clients across the Central Coast build their dream home, Andrew is knowledgeable when it comes to site specific factors common across this region.
What is your favourite home design and why?
The Broadbeach 260 would be my favourite home design. Separate living spaces for everyone is important to me — this design includes a dedicated kids wing, giving them their own space to rest and rejuvenate.
What are some important considerations for someone thinking about a new home build?
It’s important to consider your family dynamic at the moment, and how that is likely to change in the future. Consider spaces such as number of bathrooms, whether the master suite is on a different level to the rest of the bedrooms and whether indoor-outdoor living is an important element of your lifestyle.
What is your favourite display home and why?
My favourite display home is the Shorehaven 263 at HomeWorld Leppington — it’s like walking into the Tardis. You wouldn’t know it from the facade, but inside there are multiple living areas, an oversized entertaining zone and spacious bedrooms with lots of storage. The foyer is spectacular as well – the open third riser stairs create atmosphere to the space.

Meet Michael
Michael is a Montgomery Homes Sales Executive, based at our Newcastle and Hunter Valley display homes. Taking clients on the new home build journey is Michael’s favourite part of the job — from guiding them through display homes, to recommending home designs that will suit their block of land.
What is your favourite home design and why?
The downhill sloping Carolina home design suite is my favourite — the split-level floorplan really maximises the modern lifestyle. You can choose between the kitchen/living areas on the upper or lower levels, and the mid-level provides a clever work-from-home plus home theatre zone!
What are some important considerations for someone thinking about a new home build?
Ask as many questions as you can in those initial stages of the journey. We are passionate about being transparent with our clients, and if there are things you aren’t sure of — ask your Sales Executive. We want to help you find a home that is going to suit your lifestyle.
What is your favourite display home and why?
The Carolina 1 311 at HomeWorld Thornton would be top of my list. This Carolina has the kitchen/living area on the upper floor — the covered outdoor deck really is ideal for the indoor-outdoor lifestyle. It’s also designed to make the best use of natural light.

Meet David
David is a Sales Executive for Montgomery Homes — based across our Newcastle and Central Coast display homes. David is passionate about the home building journey and loves transforming his clients’ dreams and ideas into a reality — all whilst working within their budget.
What is your favourite home design and why?
I love the Airlie 245 (single-storey design) and the Cayman 287 (double-storey design) — both are designed to maximise the block and deliver a floorplan with multiple living areas. These designs also feature a kitchen and meals area which seamlessly connects to the alfresco area — perfect for hosting friends and family.
What are some important considerations for someone looking to build a new home?
Ask any questions that you have during the process is really important. I also recommend clients evaluate their stage of life and select a home design that best suits that.
What is your favourite display home and why?
The Ridgeview 321 acreage display home at HomeWorld Warnervale is my favourite display home. I love the open plan living area, the grand foyer, high ceilings and spacious outdoor deck. This display home showcases a lifestyle of luxury and you feel it the moment you step through the front door.

Meet Enzo
What is your favourite home design and why?
My top pick is the Carolina — a standout in our downhill design collection. I’m especially drawn to the Carolina 2 281, which you can explore in person at our Miranda display in Sydney. This design cleverly positions the kitchen and main living areas on the lower level, opening directly onto the alfresco to create a seamless indoor-outdoor lifestyle — perfect for entertaining or relaxing in the fresh air. One of its standout features is the private guest wing, making it an ideal choice for multigenerational families or those who love having friends and extended family stay over.
What are some important considerations for someone looking to build a new home?
The most important starting point is your budget — knowing what you can comfortably spend ensures you can select the right level of inclusions without stress later on. But beyond that, it’s about designing a home that truly reflects your lifestyle. With my background in design, I’m passionate about creating spaces that feel purposeful and personalised. Think about how you really live — maybe you need a home theatre for movie nights, a rumpus room for growing kids, or an extra bathroom for guests. Every detail should enhance the way you live, every day.
What is your favourite Montgomery Homes display home and why?
Without a doubt, it’s the Carolina 2 281 at Miranda. It brings together everything I love about clever design — from its elegant Grande Hamptons facade to the intuitive tri-level layout that enhances flow, captures natural light, and takes full advantage of any views. It also features a beautifully designed home office, ticking the box for modern professionals who work from home. It’s stylish, functional, and effortlessly livable. A true showcase of what Montgomery Homes does best.
