Whether you choose to renovate or rebuild, there’s one major benefit to help kick start to project: the Federal Government’s $25K HomeBuilder Grant.

In response to the COVID-19 restrictions and nationwide hardship, Prime Minister Scott Morrison has announced a $25,000 cash grant for new home builds, Knock down rebuilds and renovations to stimulate the construction and home building industries.

For renovation and knock down rebuild projects, the value of the project must be between $150,000 and $750,000 to receive the $25K bonus. Plus, the value of the home (house and land) must be less than $1.5 million pre-renovation.
