COMMITTED TO LOOKING AFTER YOUR HEALTH & WELLBEING

27 May Update: Our display homes and selection galleries are open

As we navigate through these unprecedented times, we wanted to let you know that we're still here to make your home building dreams come true.

Under the latest federal and NSW government guidelines, we can welcome groups - at a safe distance - throughout all our display homes.

We are continuing to respect the health and safety of customers and have increased hygiene practices in place, such as hourly cleaning of all common surfaces, sanitiser on hand, availability of private or virtual appointments and leaving our doors open (literally and metaphorically speaking)

24 April Update:

We are pleased to advise, The federal and NSW governments have agreed that the home building industry is an essential service and it is not subject to the current restrictions on non-essential public gatherings. This means that home-buyers are permitted to attend meetings, visit a display home, showroom or selection centre to make home-building decisions, selections or attend required inspections of completed building work.

We are continuing to respect the health and safety of customers and have increased hygiene practices in place, such as hourly cleaning of all common surfaces, sanitiser on hand, availability of private or virtual appointments and leaving our doors open (literally and metaphorically speaking).

We look forward to seeing you (from a distance) soon!

25 March Update:

In response to the growing concerns around the spread of COVID-19 (coronavirus), we wanted to let you know Montgomery Homes is taking extra protective measures to preserve your health and safety.

If you are visiting our office or display homes, here are some steps we are taking to ensure the safety and health of our clients, suppliers and staff:

  • Open Door Policy to improve the flow of fresh air and minimise touching of common surfaces
  • Every hour all handles, bathrooms and common surfaces will be sanitised
  • Hand washing instructions have been distributed to all staff
  • Replacing a handshake with other greeting techniques, such as a wave
  • Staff are advised to stay home if they are unwell or have flu like symptoms. We ask that you reconsider visiting if you are experiencing flu like symptoms too
  • Visitors to our office are contacted prior to their appointment to ensure they are in good health
  • Many non-essential meetings have been cancelled

Our office and display homes will remain open (unless directed otherwise by WHO) and we hope you feel confident we are taking substantial measures to safeguard your health and safety.

Please call our office on 02 4945 4000 if you have any concerns.
