Hamptons decor is all about natural, earthy textures and tones. In our Avoca 210 display home in Huntlee, North Rothbury, for example, you’ll find white stone benchtops, white and grey cabinets, dark timber floorboards, and 100% neutral colours like white, brown, and a contrasting black to modernise the style.
You can complement your Hamptons home decor with textured wooden furniture like dining tables, coffee tables, beds and bedside tables; ocean themed knick knacks like beachwood, discarded nets, aging anchors, and lifebuoys; linen curtains and throw blankets, and even tassels where possible.
#4. ...Or choose a darker colour scheme to make the interior design really pop!
While traditional beach homes are characterised by the “au naturale” look, it’s not an absolute essential - you can achieve a darker, more “luxe” look with navy blues and matte black or gold accents.
Our Riviera 267 display home in Redbank, North Richmond, is teeming with contrasting elements like stunning white walls and dark navy furniture as well as matte black tables and chair settings, rose gold tapware, and stone benchtops. The navy, black, and white colour scheme creates a contemporary “seaside” atmosphere.
